Very nice experience! Our guide Noi was literally THE BEST person, soooo enthusiastic and fun. Loved his Nordic tips and stories. The driver, Arthur, was incredible and kept us safe in the Icelandic winter roads. We sang traditional Nordic chants and saw the northern lights in all stops. At the end we received some warm cocoa and Noi showed us planets and constellations. The golden circle tour was so beautiful! Loved the Gullfoss waterfall and in the end we stopped in a horse farm for an unplanned meet and greet - super cute! The only thing is that we had a few problems with the bus stop system (our ticket showns bus stop 6 and to be there 30' earlier, which we did but the pick up never happened. We called the main office and they were very quick in reallocate our tour). Also it would be nice if we could have bit more stop time in some attractions, as the snow made us move slower, I understand that the weather in Iceland changes in a blink of an eye but it would be nicer to have bit more time on the park etc . But overall, very nice experience, would deffo recommend it!

All the sites are great and very beautiful. Very comfortable journey, shoutout to our guide Gudjon who is funny and knowledgable and tried his best to make sure everyone is having a great time!
The guide (Gunn) was very competent and sympatic. She explained a lot about the places and also about Iceland generally. The places are just facinating... The only negative point on the tour is the pick up system. The way it's "organized" is very caotic. All tourists meet in one only place and there all wait for the own bus (no one knows wich and when...). Each bus that comes is an expectation... and once it comes, drives you to another place to split the people in different buses... just that alone is at least 1 hour of the tour... that can be improved...
The tour was amazing and really well organized, plus our guide Anna was amazing !

Ticket Purchase easy. Great stops. Our Bus driver Paul on the way home was the best. He is Brilliant and has great personality. He made our trip back to our stop at end of the day absolutely perfect. Please put a compliment in his file and give him a raise. Thank you Janine and Barry Barash New York, US
Ticketing was easy and the stop ( #1) was just across the street from my hotel..it could not have been easier. Commentary was good and the bus was clean and the drivers careful. Would recommend.
Easy to use, clean busses, good value

The great audio accompaniment. It was incredibly interesting.

Good experience. Reliable and worth of money.
Was easy to get tickets online, buses were on time and spacing of stops was good.
I had the impression we could stay on at the last stop on the route and carry on back round the loop. Digital voice informed us all to alight. This was bit disappointing. Live tracker aspect to identify bus location very useful in bad weather.
The possibility to hop on and off where ever we wanted
Drivers are very nice , helpful and respectful.
Disappointing overall. Poor frequency of buses. Buses don't stick to timetable and location map doesn't always work
Your bus and operating equipment were great. It was really easy to purchase tickets on-line. The route was very usable.
We only used the bus to get to one place. On the way back, the bus stopped and we were told that it was done for the day. We had to get out and get a taxi back to our hotel. It wasn't worth the money for us.
The first bus we rode was good - they had an audio presentation over loud speaker. subsequent buses - not so good as no audio - or no headsets to listen to audio. Driver couldnt help. So no different than riding regular bus past big buildings.
Hop on/ hop off is the absolute best way to see the city! I loved the convenience and narration of everything we were seeing.

Well planned and convenient group tour. The guide was great. Explained us about the various sights we saw and was interactive. The bus ride was comfortable but I didn't see the charging ports near my seat. Unfortunately the Northern lights tour was cancelled and headout.com said they will refund me. Great service altogether.
I always book on Headout, I like their service and cancellation policies, you don't have to be stressed on a holiday you know.
It was a toss up between winter and summer and we chose to see Iceland in winter, the scenery was very dramatic and we were lucky to have caught the aurora later that night.
It was just the beginning of October and the guide wasn't sure of sighting of the Aurora, but we got lucky and saw the shimmering green/blue sights, it was outer worldly, literally!
The waterfalls are quite a sight even when they are frozen!! I enjoyed this trip and even got to see the northern lights.
I had imagined Iceland as verdant green but going for the Northern lights meant I would miss the summer, but it was okay.
The tour was awesome thought it as limited time to explore esp that the sunser is very early but it was worth it.
We went quite early in August and were unlucky to sight the Northern lights.
Awesome trip
Great
Booking on the app is really easy and redeeming it at the meeting point was so quick.
The tour is very affordable and one of the best priced ones.
The tour is good but can get hectic, they should have both the components on two different days.
I was surprised at the cheap cost
Dreamy
DAYUM! This tour is everything I planned for. I could die peacefully now having checked it off my travel list.
The trip is organized well and the nights are what are important. The guide explains the phenomenon well.
Saw the lights
I booked the trip as a going away gift for my college going daughter. It was the most memorable family trip ever.
We went in November and we saw the Northern lights so bright and shining. You experience true nature.

The local partner was really good. Headout was not so much, they were not replying e-mail, and a lot of unclarity of the tour. So I needed to confirm one by one to local partner.
Absolutely terrible experience, will never use Headout again. Our tour never picked us up and left us stranded for 2+ hours at the hotel we were supposed to meet them at. You wasted an entire night on our short trip to Iceland. We want to ensure we get a full refund.
Successful outing. Ticketing was smooth
